Customer satisfaction at Motorbees is central to all we do. We wish to have you to be confident and happy with what you have purchased. As much as we are determined to offer high quality products and service, we also know that sometimes you might feel like returning a product or asking back a refund. Our policy on returns, exchanges and refunds is as follows to help you know what to expect. 
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
•    The item must be returned within x number of days of receiving your order.
•    The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and accessories, if any).
•    A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or special handling reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. These include:
•    Items marked as final sale or clearance.
•    Customized or personalized products.
•    Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
•    Products without their original packaging or with missing parts.
If you are unsure about whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team before initiating a return.
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
1.    Contact Us: Email our customer care at cs@motorbees.com during the period of return. Please enter your order number, why you want to return it and pictures of the product (where necessary).
2.    Approval: Your request will be checked by our team and guidelines will be given on how the item should be sent back. Unauthorized returns will also not be absorbed.
3.    Packaging: Properly pack the item in its original package in order to protect it during transit.
4.    Shipping: Certainly, the cost of the return shipping is carried by the customers unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was delivered.
5.    Inspection: Once we get the item we will examine it and inform you on whether to approve or reject your return.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
•    Refunds will be made according to the payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
•    Processing time can be different based on your bank, credit card company or payment provider. Refunds usually can be recorded in your account 5-10 business days.
•    Shipping charges are typically non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
If a refund request is denied, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We are now providing like-for-likes in case of defective, damaged or wrong product. In order to request an exchange, you must do the same as in the returns section. Trades are open to stock. Otherwise, when the replacement is not in stock, we will issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
Since you may get a damaged or defective product when it arrives, you should contact us at once with the photo of the product and packaging. We will make your request a priority and will compensate you with the replacement or a full refund at no extra cost. 
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled in X hours of placing it as long as it has not been shipped yet. After the order is dispatched, it is final, but you can still ask to be returned it after getting, under the terms mentioned above. 
Responsibility for Returns
Note that the item sent back to us until we receive it is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest an activity to use a tracking shipment service and to maintain the evidence of delivery in case of returning stuff. Motorbees is not going to be responsible of lost or failed to deliver back parcels. 
Policy Updates
Motorbees has the right to change and/or modify this Returns and Refund Policy anytime depending on the changes in our business operations or the legal regulations. Our web site will always have the latest version of the policy.
