This Shipping Policy describes the way in which we process, receive and deliver your purchases, to ensure you shop in confidence.
Shipping Schedule
Our orders are processed and shipped daily and during weekdays but not on Sundays or when there is a holiday. This will make sure that our team is able to work effectively coupled with the advantage of the greatest quality of packaging and logistics.
At Motorbees, we offer two shipping options to give our customers flexibility:
1.    Registed Shipping: This is our default delivery service, and an estimated delivery period is between 4 and 5 working days. It is best suited to the customers who are not in a rush and those who want a more cost-effect delivery process.
2.    Express Shipping: Our Airmail Shipping option will deliver your order to your doorstep in less than 2-3 business days in case the customers need to receive it soon.
Shipping price will be determined by the mode of ship you choose during checkout and distance to the delivery point. Airmail is the preferred choice available to customers wishing to receive expedited service, otherwise Regular Shipping will be used automatically.
Address Accuracy
The shipping address that has been entered by the customer has to be correct to deliver successfully. Before placing your order, please verify all the information such as the street name, building or apartment number, the postal code and contact details. 
In case a wrong or incomplete address is used, the package can be postponed or lost or mislaid during shipment. In this scenario, Motorbees cannot be charged with refund or replacement. 
We also ask you or an able receiver to be present at the delivery address to collect the package. In case of the unavailability of anyone, our delivery partner might store the parcel at the closest delivery or postal office in a particular time frame. The customer will then play the role of retrieving it within that period of time.
Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges
Customs duties, local taxes or other chargesimposed by the governing body of your country or state may be charged on your order, depending on the location where you are in the world. These fees are location dependent and are all the responsibility of the customer. 
These fees are beyond the control of Motorbees, and they are neither reflected in our shipping rates. Such charges might make you experience a delay in delivery or your package could be confiscated by a customs officer. In this instance, Motorbees will not be liable to the non-delivery of orders.
Packaging and Safety
We have the pride of setting up such that our orders are always packaged in safe ways to avoid the risk of damage in transit. All products are inspected thoroughly prior to dispatch and we incorporate quality packaging materials that do not rip off during the handling of the products. We aim to ensure that your order arrives exactly as it was, when it left our warehouse.
Delivery Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Though we do our best to perform within the approximate time schedules, Schedules can sometimes be delayed because of factors not in our authority. Some possible causes of delay include:
•    Public health emergencies such as pandemics.
•    Natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, or storms.
•    Political disturbances, riots, or curfews.
•    Transportation disruptions or supply chain issues.
Motorbees will in such a situation liaise with our logistics partners in order to resolve the problem as fast as possible. In case of the delay or the impossibility of the delivery we would either keep the order till the delivery could take place again or refund the money according to our company policy.
